Lash Out Lounge
By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using this website, clients agree to all policies, terms, and conditions listed below.
These policies are in place to protect the time, safety, business operations, and overall experience of both the client and Lash Out Lounge.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each individual client.
When an appointment is booked, that time is removed from availability for other clients seeking services. Please understand that late cancellations, excessive lateness, and no-shows negatively impact the business, scheduling flow, and income of Lash Out Lounge.
By booking an appointment with Lash Out Lounge, clients acknowledge and agree to all salon policies listed on this website.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Please note:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits are forfeited if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to appointment
- Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
- No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit.
- Deposits cannot be transferred after repeated cancellations or rescheduling.
Lash Out Lounge reserves the right to require deposits for future bookings at any time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, proper notice is required when canceling or rescheduling.
Please review the following:
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is strongly recommended for cancellations or appointment changes.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may result in partial or full service charges.
- Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require prepayment before future appointments are accepted.
- Excessive cancellations, repeated no-shows, or ongoing scheduling issues may result in refusal of future booking privileges.
Lash Out Lounge reserves the right to decline future appointments from clients with repeated scheduling violations.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals disrupt the schedule for other clients and may affect the quality of the service provided.
Late policy guidelines:
- Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may still be serviced if scheduling allows.
- Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
- Full service pricing may still apply for shortened appointments caused by client lateness.
- Excessive lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
Lash Out Lounge will not compromise the quality of work due to client lateness.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services and sanitation standards, all services and products are non-refundable.
Please note:
- No refunds will be issued for completed services.
- No refunds will be issued for products.
- Adjustments or corrections may be offered within a limited timeframe at the discretion of Lash Out Lounge.
- Clients must notify Lash Out Lounge promptly regarding any concerns.
Results may vary depending on:
- Client aftercare
- Lifestyle
- Natural lash condition
- Product use
- Medical conditions
- Client maintenance habits
Foreign Fill Policy
Lash Out Lounge does accept foreign fills depending on the condition of the existing lash extensions.
Please note:
- Foreign fills are evaluated at the appointment.
- Additional fees are not automatically charged for foreign fills.
- However, excessive outgrowth, poor retention, improper application, or improperly isolated lash extensions may require a removal and full set service instead.
- Lash Out Lounge reserves the right to determine whether a foreign fill can be completed safely and properly.
The health and integrity of the natural lashes will always remain the priority.
Health & Safety Policy
Client safety is extremely important.
Clients are responsible for disclosing:
- Allergies
- Sensitivities
- Eye conditions
- Medical conditions
- Recent surgeries
- Skin conditions
- Current medications that may affect services
Additional information:
- Patch tests are available upon request.
- Lash Out Lounge reserves the right to refuse service if a service is considered unsafe for the client.
- Services may be declined if natural lashes are damaged, unhealthy, or unable to safely support extensions.
- Clients experiencing irritation, infections, or contagious conditions should reschedule their appointment.
Lash Out Lounge prioritizes safe application practices and proper lash health at all times.
Professional Product Disclaimer
Lash Out Lounge sells professional lash supplies and beauty products intended for proper and professional use.
Please note:
- Lash Out Lounge is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, improper application, allergic reactions, or improper handling of professional products.
- Clients and lash artists are responsible for understanding how to properly use products purchased.
- Improper use of lash adhesives, removers, tweezers, or other professional supplies may result in damage or injury.
Always follow proper safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
Photography & Marketing Consent
Lash Out Lounge may photograph or record completed services for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Website content
- Educational content
- Promotional purposes
Photos may include:
- Lash extensions
- Eye area
- Facial areas related to the service
If a client prefers not to be photographed, they must notify Lash Out Lounge before the service begins.
Shipping & Store Policy
For online orders and shipped products:
Please note:
- Shipping timelines are determined by the mail carrier.
- Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Lash Out Lounge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
- Packages damaged during transit are the responsibility of the mail carrier once shipped.
- Lash Out Lounge is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled packages after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Right to Refuse Service
Lash Out Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unsafe lash conditions
- Repeated no-shows
- Excessive lateness
- Harassment or disrespectful behavior
- Repeated policy violations
- Unsanitary conditions
- Any situation that compromises safety, professionalism, or business operations
Respectful communication and professionalism are expected from both the client and Lash Out Lounge.
